Project Summary

Each piece of the collection (i.e. Remnant) captures the aftermath of a supernova explosion located in its own corner of the universe. Some are only hundreds of light years away from us, and others, billions. Nullish Labs' Imaging System translates telescope data outside the visible light spectrum into mesmerizing patterns of cosmic debris left behind by the destruction of a star. Remnants symbolize the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.

Remnants of a Distant Supernova marks the beginning of an exciting new era completely on Bitcoin. This collection consists of 1,111 pieces, with every single one inscribed on block 9 satoshis: the same (Nullish) range used for OMB.

Initial Distribution

The project introduced a 1:1 burn-to-redeem mechanism for the Distortion Genesis collection on Ethereum, purposely gamified via rarities. Holders burned their Distortion Genesis tokens on Ethereum and received a matching Remnant inscription on Bitcoin. The claim has now ended.

Rarity

Distortion Genesis pieces burned into Remnants maintain their color exclusivity: Grey has an equal chance of all types except special; Gold is between 3 special remnant types; Red, Green, Blue, Rose, and Purple each have 3 matching remnant types with a 15% chance of getting a special remnant.
