The artwork, collections, and related materials presented on this website (the “Site”) are produced by Nullish (the “Artist”) and made available for informational and archival purposes. By accessing the Site or interacting with any piece referenced herein, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms set forth below (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

All collections and pieces referenced on the Site are digital artworks. They are not, and must not be construed as, investment products, securities, financial instruments, shares, notes, deposits, derivatives, or offerings of any kind under the laws of any jurisdiction. Nothing on the Site constitutes a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, trade, or hold any financial asset. No expectation of profit or economic return is created, promised, or implied by the Artist. Pieces are intended solely for their artistic, aesthetic, and cultural value, and are made available only to persons who acquire them on that basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Artist disclaims any and all liability for any loss, damage, claim, or expense of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or related to your access to the Site or your interaction with, acquisition of, or use of any piece referenced herein. All works are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

All primary sales of the collections referenced on the Site are subject to the terms and conditions of the platform on which they are conducted. The Artist does not operate such platforms and assumes no responsibility for their fees, policies, availability, or user experience.

Once inscribed or minted, each piece exists entirely on its underlying blockchain (Bitcoin or Ethereum). Such pieces are decentralized artifacts and are not under the Artist's control. The Artist has no ability to freeze, revoke, modify, or reverse any piece after it has been recorded on-chain. Custody and secondary transactions are the sole responsibility of the holder.

No representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind are made regarding the collections, their current or future value, their availability, the platforms hosting them, or any outcomes associated with them. All materials are provided without warranty, express or implied.
