Celestial is a fully on-chain art collection with a unique upgradeable feature. After being held for 14 days in the same wallet, a token can increase its cluster count via the Upgrade function called by the holder. This creates interesting dynamics when it comes time to transfer the token out of your wallet (sale or transfer).
On release day, Distortion holders of multiple tokens were able to combine their 1-to-1 claims to get higher tier Celestials. The extra claims sacrificed effectively dropped the max supply, which is why Celestial's supply is 1,064 instead of 1,111. Combining 2–4 claims gave a level multiplier of 6N, 5–7 a multiplier of 7N, and 8+ a multiplier of 8N.
